Gubba Rum Cocktails

We had a renowned mixologist concoct some cocktails based on Gubba Rum’s game changing smoothness and flavor (See *star items). We can’t wait to hear your thoughts on it. Gubba Gold Espresso Martini
• 2 oz Gubba Gold
• .75 oz chocolate liqueur (Godiva Dark or other)
• .25 oz Frangelico
• .25 oz Kahluha
• 1 oz Java’Mon Espresso
• Splash Baileys
• Splash of rum crème or regular cream
Mixing Instructions:
– Shaken over ice, pour into a martini glass
– Option: Rim glass with chocolate syrup

*Custom Gubba Drink
• 1.5 oz Gubba Gold
• .5 oz lime juice
• .5 oz simple syrup
• 5 mint leaves
• 4 raspberries
• 1 oz soda to top
Mixing Instructions:
– Muddle 4 mint leaves, 3 raspberries, simple syrup and lime juice in a rocks glass
– Add Gubba Gold
– Add ice
– Top with soda water
– Garnish with mint and a raspberry and “REALLY” enjoy

*Custom Gubba Drink  (Winter drink)
• 1.75 oz Gubba Gold
• .25 oz grenadine
• .75 oz grapefruit
• ½ egg white
•  Shaved nutmeg
Mixing Instructions:
– Fill pint glass with ice
– Add Gubba Gold
– Add grenadine
– Add grapefruit juice
– Add egg white
– Shake and pour into glass
– Top with shaved nutmeg and enjoy!

Traditional Mixers
•  1.5 oz Gubba Gold
•  3 oz ginger beer
• Lime wedge garnish
Mixing Instructions:
– Fill highball glass with Ice
– Add 1.5 oz Gubba Gold
– Add 3.0 oz ginger beer
– Garnish with lime wedge and enjoy!

• 1.75 oz Gubba Gold
• 1 oz pineapple
• .25 oz maraschino
• .25 oz pomegranate
• Pineapple slice garnish
Mixing Instructions:
Fill pint glass full of ice
– Add 1.75 oz of Gubba Gold
– Add 1 oz pineapple juice
– Add .25 oz maraschino liquor
– Add .25 oz pomegranate juice
– Box or shake
– Garnish with pineapple slice and enjoy!

NAMES: Play off the classic “Calross”, “Gubba’s Silver Rose”, “Gubba’s Rum Runner”
•    1.5 oz Gubba Silver
•    1 oz Lillet
•    1 oz apricot brandy
•    .75 oz lemon juice
•    Lemon peel garnish
Mixing Instructions:
– Fill pint glass with ice
– Add Gubba Silver
– Add Lillet
– Add Apricot Brandy
– Add lemon juice
– Shake and pour into glass
– Garnish with lemon peel and enjoy

• .75 oz grapefruit juice
• .5 oz lime
• .5 oz simple syrup
•  Grapefruit twist
Mixing Instructions:

– Add maraschino liquor
– Add grapefruit juice
– Add lime juice
– Add simple syrup
– Shake and pour into glass
– Garnish with grapefruit twist and enjoy

• .5 oz lime juice
• .5 oz agave
• .75 oz soda water
• Top with pomegranate juice

– Add fresh ginger
– Add lime juice
– Add agave
– Add soda water
– Shake and pour into glass
– Top off with pomegranate juice
– Garnish with lime and enjoy!
